Private Chat and image review

Video compression, audio extraction, photo compression, Album Cleaner and Private Vault media processing run locally, without cloud compression. Local tools do not require a chat account. Private Chat uses a separate identity: text messages use OpenMLS end-to-end encryption; recipient images use AES-GCM attachment ciphertext and MLS metadata ciphertext. Each chat image also has a separate moderation copy decryptable by an isolated review service. Authorized reviewers can inspect individual cases, with access and actions recorded in an audit trail. This moderation copy is not end-to-end encrypted solely between the communicating users.

The edge gateway uses the connection IP only for per-IP request rate limiting, concurrent-connection security controls and abuse prevention. The corresponding rate-limit state is held in Nginx shared memory: connection counts are released when the request or connection ends, request-rate states are evicted on a least-recently-used basis when the zone needs to reclaim capacity, and in-memory state disappears when the Nginx instance stops. Chat routes disable access logs and remove standard IP-forwarding headers before proxying to the chat service; the chat database and chat-service logs do not store the connection IP. Other Nginx or host error/security logs may still record it. Their actual fields and retention have not been verified and remain a separate gate before chat-image sending can be enabled; the disclosure must then be updated to match the evidence. The connection IP is not used for advertising tracking. Chat servers process numeric user IDs, public keys, the contact graph, message senders and recipients, routing and delivery times, image dimensions and digests, moderation cases, bans, authentication and security audit metadata for communication and content safety. Recipient image ciphertext is cleared after download acknowledgement or seven days. Pending, rejected or failed review copies are retained for a configured period of up to thirty days. Approved review copies are removed in the decision transaction unless held. A legal hold overrides these periods until authorized release. Case and audit metadata are retained separately and are not automatically removed by image cleanup.

Provider copy deletion is attempted through durable jobs and can fail or be unsupported; database content deletion does not prove backup erasure. Local history and the system Recently Deleted area have separate lifetimes. New chat-image sending is currently unavailable. Before activation, we will identify the actual review provider, purposes, regions, retention and deletion rules and obtain the required explicit permission before sharing. Text does not enter image review. These data are not used for advertising tracking. Effective Date: September 10, 2026.

Welcome to Aiwei Video Compressor. This app is provided by Sichuan Aiwei Space Engineering Survey and Design Co., Ltd. Please read and understand this Agreement before using the app. By explicitly tapping agree, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.

1. Services

  1. Aiwei Video Compressor provides video selection, compression settings, local compression, preview, saving to the system media library, system sharing, and feedback features.
  2. Local tools do not require a chat account; Private Chat uses a separate numeric identity. You can use local tools without a chat account.
  3. Video compression is performed locally on your device by default. We do not provide cloud video compression and do not require you to upload actual video files.
  4. Compression results, processing speed, output size, and compatibility may vary depending on device performance, operating system version, video format, codec, file size, and other factors.

2. User Responsibilities

  1. You must ensure that you have the legal right or necessary authorization to process, save, or share selected videos.
  2. You must not use the app to process or distribute illegal, infringing, abusive, privacy-violating, or otherwise improper content.
  3. You are responsible for determining whether the compressed result meets your needs and for backing up important videos.
  4. You are responsible for losses caused by your own deletion, overwriting, sharing, misuse, or other operation.

3. Account and Guest Mode

  1. Local tools do not require a chat account; Private Chat uses a separate numeric identity.
  2. You can use local video compression, saving, sharing, and feedback email features without signing in.

4. Fees and Future Services

  1. The first version is free for basic use.
  2. The first version does not include membership, ads, ad removal purchases, in-app purchases, or other paid services.
  3. If a future version adds paid services, any paid service will show price, benefits, term, cancellation method, and key rules before purchase. We will not charge you without your active confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. The app interface, code, product design, and documentation are owned by Sichuan Aiwei Space Engineering Survey and Design Co., Ltd. or relevant right holders.
  2. You or the original right holder retain rights to videos processed with the app. The app does not obtain ownership of your video content by providing compression features.
  3. Without permission, you may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, crack, modify, sell, rent, or otherwise misuse the app.

6. Privacy

  1. Please read the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information.
  2. The first version does not upload selected video files, collect local video paths, or integrate advertising SDKs, in-app purchase SDKs, analytics SDKs, or crash analytics SDKs.
  3. When you use video selection, saving, sharing, or feedback features, the app may call system permissions or system capabilities. You can manage related permissions in system settings.

7. Changes, Interruption, and Termination

  1. We may adjust features, interfaces, and services based on product plans, system compatibility, compliance, or operational needs.
  2. Services may be interrupted or unavailable due to device failure, network issues, system upgrades, third-party service failures, force majeure, or other reasonable causes.
  3. If you violate this Agreement or applicable laws, we may restrict or terminate services where appropriate.

8. Disclaimer

  1. The app is provided as is. We try to keep the service stable and available, but we do not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted, or universal compatibility with all video formats and scenarios.
  2. You are responsible for liabilities arising from processing videos you do not have the right to use, violating laws, infringing third-party rights, or misusing the app.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, data loss, business losses, or consequential damages caused by use or inability to use the app.

9. Minors

Users under the age of 14 should use the app with guardian consent and guidance. Guardians should help minors understand this Agreement and the Privacy Policy and supervise their use reasonably.

10. Updates

We may update this Agreement according to laws, product features, or operations. We will notify you in the app or by reasonable means. If you do not agree, you may stop using the app. Material changes require renewed explicit acceptance.
